How to assess customer influence

From a buyer's point of view, it makes sense that they would want the best possible trading conditions. They focus on price, quality, additional services, or customer service. If possible, they like to influence and try to determine the terms of cooperation with the supplier. The influence of the customer varies according to the type of products and services offered. For some products and services, the influence of the customer or buyer is significant, while for others, the influence is minimal. It also matters whether your products or services are for end users or are an intermediate step to the final product.
